- Act as a focal person of the all COCO Network nation wide.
- To manage the team of Area Executives and Senior Officers effeciently.
- To implement the Company's SOP's of all COCO Network with effective team management.
- To manage / monitor the stock management, cash management, house keeping, training plans, targets of all COCO network nationwide under the guidance of COCO Incharge.
- To conduct surprise audit visits of COCO Network for assessment of each team player.
- To set the targets / goals for each team player and support them to achieve their targets.
- To manage the non fuel reail business of COCO Network.
- To explore new business segments to generate more revenue for the company.
